By accessing our website at ragalhaes.com or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Ragalhães provides commercial photography, video production, and related creative services including but not limited to: corporate photography, restaurant content, event coverage, social media reels, and fashion/editorial photography. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements or quotes.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided in each project quote. While we make every effort to meet agreed deadlines, timelines may be affected by scope changes, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We will communicate any delays promptly.
Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives a license to use the delivered photos and videos for the agreed-upon purposes (e.g., social media, website, print). Ragalhães retains copyright to all created content and reserves the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may not sell, sublicense, or transfer the content to third parties without prior written consent from Ragalhães.

Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees.
Ragalhães is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question.
In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness, or unforeseen emergency, we will make every effort to reschedule or provide an alternative solution. If services cannot be delivered, liability is limited to a refund of the deposit paid.
